This is just an open letter to Tim. I wanted to say that now that we have bought some 10 kits from 7th Circle, i'm just floored with not only the quality of the pres but also the customer service. Whenever we have had a question, concern or problem with any product , our queries have been handled quickly, profsessionally, & courteously. I really want to say thanx Tim, and say as a business co-owner, your business model in service and high-quality products is an inspiration.
