Question about having mic pre fixed??

how do you go about sending a pre amp back to get fixed?? and is it free for 30 min then if it cant be fixed in that time frame you are charged? if so whats the pricing?

Any order found to be unsatisfactory can be returned for full credit or refund, (less shipping, insurance, handling, and miscellaneous fees), within 10 days of delivery. We promise you won't be stuck with a non-working kit! If you just can't get your assembled kit to work, please send it back for repair. The first 30 minutes of bench time is free, and most problems can be fixed in that time. If additional repair time is required, you'll be billed our standard rate of $50/hour. Please contact Seventh Circle Audio for authorization before returning any merchandise.
