Great Preamps!!

I spent a lot of time researching preamps - months & months & mmmonths! I ran across SCA in the Gearslutz forum. I spent even more time reading through all the post on Gearslutz about Tim's preamps. I finally decided to part with my hard saved $ and try out an N72 pre after reading all of the great things about their sound and about Tim. I am thrilled with how well the N72 sounded. The vocals just sit perfectly in the mix without any EQ on them. A week later I ordered an A12 and I love it just as much! I will be filling up the other 6 spaces as soon as I save up some more $. You can tell Tim takes a lot of pride in his product. The care taken in the packing job alone is worth commenting on and then there 's the quality of the chassis and pres......I am glad I took this chance and bought something from somebody other than the "big boys" And I am proud to support somebody who still takes pride in what they do - there 's not much of that left these days!
