Balanced or not?

Hi,
I own a Mackie D8B and have been told that I need unbalanced pre's to insert into it. I've just ordered a T15 will this be ok? thanks

The d8b's inserts are unbalanced, the line inputs are balanced. The T15 can drive either input.
