Alternative to the Bourns trim/fader pot?

Postby T-rex » Sun Oct 31, 2010 10:19 am

Hello,

I had an N72 which I sold and quickly discovered I can't live without, so i have a kit on it's way. For this build I was wondering if their was a better alternative to the Bourns pot used for the fader. Of all my 7th circle stuff, that is the only thing that bugs me, the fader/trim pots feel loose.

If there is a better pot that fits the boards, I would love to hear about it.

thanks!
Marco: You know, you throw a pretty good punch, Captain. Your dad get you boxing lessons?
Captain Murphy: No, I just got beat up a lot. So now when I get the chance I like to sucker punch people.

The tightness of the bushing doesn't have much to do with the quality of the part. If the knobs feel too loose, try installing a thick felt washer under the knob.
