I bought this a few years ago, for use in an A12, before Tim started offering his op amps. Then I bought Tim's op amps for both my A12's, and this has been sitting on my shelf since then.
Last I checked, it worked perfectly, but I no longer have the A12's to test it.
Guaranteed good - if it doesn't work, send it back to me for refund.
