just starting out..recommended reading?? Help

New to the forums here. I really want to get into building pteamps and eq's and such. I am a total noobie and am looking for guidance as to how to start out ie books to read equipment to buy projects to start with etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Spend some time with Google, you'll find a number of sites that offer an introduction to electronics.

Amazon has lists of popular electronics titles, they're worth a look.
