Hi Hat choices

what are people using for hi-hats?

i've been looking over the forum and my first crack at a set of 8 are coming down to this:

2 J99's for overheads
N72 for kick
N72 for snare
3 A12's for toms

i guess i'm leaning towards another A12 for the hat but was wondering of the C84 might be a better choice.

I would use an n72 for hat. It will handle the harshness of a hat better then a clean pre.
