N72 - Awsome results!!

Tim - Just wanted to give you some feedback on your N72 kit. I've been using 2 channels for about a year now. These have helped the quality of my recordings more than anyother thing I have tried. I have built 8 of the N72s, 6 are still waiting on the transformers. One of these days I'll get the cash together to get the rest of transformers.
I have been using a borrowed Neumann U67 through mackie preamps along with a DBX 160xt. I thought I had pretty decent sound until I tried the N72s. There is no comparison between the Mackies and the N72s. These things are excellent. Everybody is amazed at the sound I can get in a untreated living room environment. Acoustic guitar sounds just like something you would hear off of a high dollar recording. Everything else sounds fantastic as well.
After I get all of my N72s completed, I'll be looking to try a j99 with a Lundahl input and millenium opamp.
Keep up the good work!
