I am looking for a good/cheap web store to buy snake and xlr cable parts.
I wan to buy a snake cable, snake box and many trs and xlr connectors.

I also want to ask what kind of cables will I need to connect j99s and c84s into my Digi002R? XLR to TRS?

I've used Markertek for cable stuff, price was fair.

Use XLR-F to TRS-M to connect 7th Circle preamps to Digi002. Best inputs are line inputs 5-8, on the +4 setting. Next best are inputs 1-4, with selector on line/inst, and 002 gain control at minimum.

WHat about cable boxes?

1. I want to buy what you told me.
XLR-F to TRS-M connectors and aurio wire to make 8 1ft cables.
then, I want to make a snake too.

Can I get everything at markertek?
They seem to be out of stoc on most items.

Where else is a good possibility?

I don't know about cable boxes...
Another place to try would be www.redco.com. For short cables that won't get handled a lot, I'd use Mogami W2552, 'thin mic/line'.

What about other cables?
Like guitar cables, mike cables?

I am asking because I have ordered a bunch of Neutrik connectors, XLR-F, TRS-M, TS-M to make a bunch of cables when I need them.

Redco has a lot of different choices for cables like these;

For balanced mike cables...
Mogami, Canare and Gotham brands

For unbalanced instrument cables...
gotham, mogami, redco and canare

For Snake cables....
Mogami, canare and Redco.

Which one of these is good?
Are they more or less the same?

If I wanted to make snake myself, does it pay?
Or....Should I just buy a snake?
