Transformer Wiring

Hi, I saw a post somewhere about this, but I ordered the 2L transformer for the B16 but there are no colors on the PCB to indicate wiring. So...I'm a little nervous about just following the order of the output wires on the transformer as someone suggested...

Is that right???

Wire it like the A12 output transformer, GRY, BLU, YEL, RED, VIO, GRN, ORG, BRN. For more transformer info, see the datasheets at www.cinemag.biz

Hi Tim, thanks for the hint. But I still can't tell exactly what you mean.

The order of the colors seems to exactly match the order of the A12 transformer colors - which are in order top to bottom: Gray-Blue-Yel-Red-Vio-Grn-Or-Black-Brn.

So are you saying orient the transformer the same way as the A12 transformer pix and then just drop the wires in succession into the holes on the B16 board? I don't want to fry something.

I did visit the cinemag website as you suggested, but without some deeper insights into your design it's hard for me to follow. I'm sorry; I don't mean to add to your burden.
