Signals from both inputs come out both outputs...

Postby mjelinekperth » Mon Mar 16, 2015 7:13 am

Hi All,

Was hoping someone could help with an issue I'm having. Forgive my lack of knowledge about the technicalities of analog circuitry etc - I ordered my chassis and modules preassembled and as much as I'd like to improve my knowledge of this area, I'm very much a novice.

I've had my D11 for quite some time, and often just use one input on it, which is totally fine. The issue I encounter is when plugging something into both inputs. I end up getting the same signal coming out both outputs - a blend of both inputs. This of course is an issue since I'm then unable to mix the two instruments separately. I've just dealt with it for quite some time but it's becoming quite an inconvenience only being able to use one input independently.

Is this something to do with the way the circuit has been patched? I read something about the option to jumper the input so that it goes out both outputs.
