R15 and R32 readings

R15 and R32 readings

So I put the D11 together. At 15 I have -22.55 V and +22.29 at 32. What did I do wrong? I checked Componiants for direction and solder joints

Ok so I thought to measure at the other end of R15 and R32 I have -23.99V and +24.25. Is that ok and why is R15 negitave?
