Seventh Circle Audio

hello. i am running my d11 di into 2 n72 pre's. i am experiencing a problem in which my first d11 channel is attenuated by 20db but the second channel is passing a full signal. i checked my source(a stereo output of a synthesizer) through a pair of open channels on my audio interface, and both channels registered close to the same output. is there anything i should look out for? i have been trying different jumper configurations without any success.

If everything seems normal but one channel's output is lower than another, the first thing to check is the cabling. Next, make absolutely sure that all the resistors are where they're supposed to be and that all of the transistors are installed the right way round.
