XLR female???

XLR female???

Shouldn't the XLR connectors be male XLRs? The BOM indicates 2 females. The direction of the signals is outward towards a mic pre, so that should be a male jack, right? Otherwise won't this require a dual male XLR?

The description is wrong but the part numbers and schematic are right.
2 Male XLR's.
