Extremely loud buzz in D11

Hello,

Just built a D11 and am having a few problems with it. When I fired it up and ran a guitar through it everything was fine, besides a loud hiss. After reading through the forum I noticed that the transistors were in backwards, and flipped them around. Upon taking them out and flipping them around, I think I may have damaged the PCB. Im not positive on that but it was hard to get them out to say the least.

Now I get signal, but if I hit the strings hard it overloads the preamp, and creates an extremely loud buzz. Any ideas on what my problem may be?
