Final reading off by a few volts

For starters i have a rev 1.4 board w/ the new chassis.
So in the initial tests i get 18.2v at the +18v pad or at pin 7 of U1, but i get -15.4 at the -18v pad or at pin 4 of U1, all is respect to PGND. I have double checked every part and all the solder joints look fine. Is there anything else i can test to make troubleshooting easier? Thanks

Well it seems everything has worked out, when i powered it on after a few days the measurements are 18.2v and -17.8v. I guess it just needed a little time to adjust.
