So, my t15 Rev 1.4 module was working great for a few days. Now I get no signal through it. I just get some static when I turn the trim knob. I got +17.96V from J3 pin 2 to the +18, and -18.18V from J3 pin 2 to -18V. Also 46.6V, and .45V from J3 pin 2 to Conn 1 pin 1. 46.6V, and .43V for J3 pin 2 to Conn 1 pin 3. What do I need to do to get this thing working again?

Re-flow all of the solder joints. What happens?

Im fairly new to electronic diagnosis. Is re Flowing just heating up the solder joints? or removing the solder and re applying it?

Yes, re-heat the solder joints. There's a possibility that one of your solder connections did not have enough solder. So after a few days it came lose. Reflow the connections, and add more solder on joints that dont have a proper fillet.
I have two T15's, the first one worked fine. But the second one didn't. I took it out, reflowed each joint. And added extra solder to the weaker looking joints and voila, worked.
Hope You get it working.

Thanks Al.
I reflowed the solder joints, but the same problem exists.

Snip out the 1512 and replace it. You can order small quantities directly from Mouser.
