T15 working perfectly for a couple months... and then nothin

Hey outside world...
So I have 2 wonderful t15 installed in a beautiful chassis...
Made some fat recordings, including running it thru a UA175b (wow)
Then during setup before a session... No audio.
I tore everything apart, never believing it could be the pre.
But to my disappointment, it was. I re-soldered all the joints and did my basic troubleshooting.
There is absolutely no clicks and pops while plugging in... the board shows 18v where it should. I am guessing one of the output amps took a crap, but I wanted to make sure. I am guessing these op amps are not too hard to find (i hope).
Just wanted to find a good way to test these amps so I dont have to replace them all.

Thanks so much...

So one module failed and the other is OK?

Oh yeah... failed to mention, one works perfectly still, and the other one failed. Sorry.

As always, the first thing is to verify the supply voltages are correct at the op-amp pins.

If you have a scope or signal tracer, apply a test signal to both modules. Set controls the same on both. Test for signal at the output of each IC until the signal disappears. Let us know what you find.
