Hi,
I've just completed a T15 and am very happy with it. The only problem I have is that it loses a significant amount of gain at stage 8. All the other stages are working perfectly. Can anyone help? Thanks.

It's almost certainly a bad solder joint at the rotary switch or R11, though it's possible you have the wrong value resistor installed at R11 as well. Re-flow those joints and any others that look suspect and let us know what happens.
