T15 ... No Signal.

Hi Tim,
I bought a A12, N72, two T15's and a rack.
The A12 and N72 are fine (and very nice btw...) but neither of the T15's pass signal. The rails are OK from the touch points, and I have confirmed that the power harness is cool from PSU to end.

Any thoughts? The only thing that I could offer as additional info is that I had to sub a couple of the 6k65 resistors for a 6k8 (put em in the wrong place...)

Any help would be appreciated, i have and impending session with these and would like to get em going!

You absolutely cannot use anything in place of the 6K65 resistors. If they're not closely matched you'll have problems. Get the right resistors in the right locations and see what happens.
