Rev 1.2 assembly instructions are up

I have discovered the following issues so far:
1. In the BOM R8 and R9 are described as Orange-Black-Black-Brown. The actual resistors are Orange-Black-Black-Brown-Brown.
2. Step 8 from the instructions seems to be irrelevant with revision 1.4.
3. Capacitors C4 and C7 ARE polarized in revision 1.4 (step 12).
4. Step 22 from the instructions seems to be irrelevant - the mounting holes of CONN1 and CONN2 come threaded (revision 1.4).
This is what I have discovered so far. Hope that helps.
