having problems with the 48v. Any sugestion of where to look?

What sort of problem? As you can see on the schematic, the circuit consists of D15, C25, C26, SW2, R35, R36, R37, Q1 and Q2. You probably have one of those parts in the wrong spot or have bad solder joints in the area.
