Seventh Circle Audio

I just finished a PS03, as well as as two T15's, but for some reason the power supply is hardly getting any power. The -30 LED begins to blink faintly after a few seconds, but no others. This seems quite weird, considering the power supply came assembled and all I wired was the ground, power switch and the large LED. I have attached both modules to the wiring harness too, but it yielded the same results. Any help with my situation would be greatly appreciated.

What happens if you disconnect the front panel lamp?

Now nothing at all is happening. This is wierd as
the power supply came assembled. The fuse appears to look fine.
