Questions about rev 1.6

I know the new assembly instructions will be available soon, but until then there were some confusing points on the assembly I was hoping someone could answer...

1) are these unmarked capacitor-esque looking things L1 and L2?
2) Is it correct that c4 and c7 are not polarized?
3) What does the "front" side of Q5, Q6, Q9 and Q10 look like? Is it the side with the writing? Which side goes toward the "wide" (side with the extra line/box) of the silk screen?

Also, I accidentally installed Q1 and Q2 pretty close to the board...I didn't realize I should have left some space. Should I buy a new pair? or should it work ok as is?
