Seventh Circle Audio

When I have the the 990c opamp installed the power led on the front panel of the chassis and the led on the card blink when the power is applied. It doesn't blink when the opamp is removed.

The voltages seem to be fine. Is this a bad opamp?

It's possible, but not likely.

Is the op-amp getting hot? What is the voltage at U1, pin 6? Don't leave the unit turned on longer than you have to.
