SC25 Question

How hot should the Opamp be getting when it's fully warmed up? Also, I'm checking voltages at U1 pin 4 and 6, and it's difficult getting a proper reading. I'm looking for +-0 v, correct? Any suggestions?

I'm getting 11.73 v across pin 4 and pin 6 of U1 - I can't seem to bring it down, and that's probably why the Opamp is getting so hot - correct? R29 and R25 are correct. What else could be wrong here? Faulty opamp?

Well, I swapped opamps from the one A12 that works and measures correct, and it's fine. It appears as though the opamp may be faulty. Sound right?
