Shunt at J5?

Not totally sure what to put here. Am I supposed to bend a spare lead and just complete the circuit?

You could do that, but the kit's supposed to include a header for a jumper shunt at that location.

In nearly all current applications (driving high impedance devices like line inputs on converters, interfaces), you'll want that jumper installed, so just soldering a wire there is OK.

My kit only came with 3 header/jumpers. Two 3 pins and one 2 pin.

Then again my kit also didn't have a input transformer and had the output transformer from the J99 kit. Maybe somebody had a bad day :)

Aside from that everything has gone flawlessly. The updated assembly instructions are leagues better than the old ones, and for the other questions I've run into I've found solutions here on the board.

Allmost done! Just have the tranformers and a few caps to go.
