J5 jumper and R23/C9

Hey guys... maybe I am getting ahead of myself here but here goes.
I just ordered 2 A12's yesterday with the chassis and the PS02. I downloaded the schematics and the BOM for the A12's and I was just going over them and reading the instructions online. I just want to familiarize myself with the circuit before it gets here.

Question #1 - Has anyone tried the shunt at J5 for the "subtle difference" in color? If so, what was it like?

Question #2 - I did not see parts R23 or C9 on the BOM. Why not?

Question #3 - What are the load isolator inductors as shown in step 5 online?

Question #4 - Do more instructions come with the kit than what is online or is that it? Just curious.

Everything else seems to make sense. This is my first time with a kit like this but not my first time soldering. This seems simple enough. I think I will manage it without any problems.
