After turning both r25 and r29 counterclockwise 25 turns or until the clicks occur
U1 Pin 3 is reading +14.5 v
U1 Pin 5 is reading -25.2V
All components are in the correct locations.
What is next troubleshooting step. I can provide photos upon request.
