A12 phantom power not working, and sounding thin?

I have had this preamp for close to 2 years. I bought the preamp used, and have recently changed its placement in my rack after adding a couple of new A12's and now the phantom power is not working, and the preamp sounds very thin. Any suggestions on where to start looking?

If it worked before you moved it and now it doesn't, you almost certainly have loose connections somewhere. Re-flow your solder joints.
