Seventh Circle Audio

Hello, I have a older A12 I build years ago, the 10k output pot has never worked. The pot is good, even if I put a wire across the 1 and 3 to short the pot, I still get sound is if it wasn't there. Any thought??

The trim control is intended to produce 6dB of gain reduction when fully CCW. Shorting pins 1 and 3 is the same as turning the control fully CCW. The trim is not intended to operate as a full fader and cannot be configured as one.
