Heatsink screw orientation - important?

On one of my A12s I reversed the orientation of the nut and screw - i.e. the screw head is on the inside of the heatsink and the nut is on the back. I had soldered U4 and U5 to the board before attaching the heatsinks, so the only way I could tighten the screws was by reversing them. Didn't seem like it would matter, but the directions for the N72 say "Insert the screw from the back." Do I need to go buy a right angle screwdriver or desolder U4 and U5 to get the screws in the right orientation, or does this not matter for the A12?

The most important thing is that the heat sink has good physical contact so that it can effectively conduct heat. If your screw is already tight and your preamp is working properly, you're good to go.

And of course make sure the exposed portion of the screw/nut won't short out against the neighboring module ;)
