A12 V 1.4. No Phantom

Hello guys. I have an A12 version 1.4. I'm not getting phantom to work. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot? Thanks

As you can see from the schematic, there's not much to the phantom power circuit. You should be able to trace +48v from J7, pin 5 to SW1, R32, C16, C17, R33/R34 and finally to CONN1. You can find the schematic here: http://www.seventhcircleaudio.com/A12/A ... 12_sch.pdf
