Hi all,

Just finished two J99s. They powered up fine in testing and I set all the voltages correctly, I didn't add the servo yet because I wanted to minimize my sources of error before i was sure the thing produced sound. Then when i went to test it out with a mic, no sound whatsoever, and not to say that there was noise, just nothing no matter where the gain knobs were.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

thanks

I'm not Tim, but are you saying you are trying to test your J99 w/o the 990 Op Amps installed? I don't believe the J99 will pass any signal until the Op Amps are installed. If your voltages are OK at the Op Amp +/- sockets, you should be OK to plug them in AFAIK.
