Let's hear what your favorite application is for any of these wonderful kits. Do you like the N72 for vocals and guitar? Let's get some opinions from our fellow SCA kit builders/users

So far I only have one N72 which impresses the heck out of me. I've never had a pre that sounded this good. I love the depth I get from vocals. I can't wait to try it on various acoustic instruments.

I have 2 N72's and 2 J99's.

The N72's sound great on kick, snare, Toms, rock bass and overdriven guitar amps. I've even used it on some male rock vocals and the attitude and character imparted was awesome.

The J99's are another issue altogether. Amazing and huge sounding vocals, bass, acoustic guitars, overhead mics on drums, percussion of every kind, saxophone, flute, etc.

A12's are next!

I would like to comment on Tim's awesome service and response to my questions about these pre amps. This is definately the best experiance in troubleshooting and kit building I've had! I have an n72 and will comment on that as soon as it is running!
