Seventh Circle Audio

Hi I'm sure this has been discussed before but I can't seems to get the answer I'm looking for.

my question:

I'll be recording four things:

1. male vocal (slightly bluesy)
2. acoustic guitar
3. di electric guitar (funk)
4. di bass

interested in a doobie brothers type creation

If I were to get one preamp which would you recommend.
I get get two at a stretch if needs be

N72 or A12 for Doobies type sounds with the nod going to the N72 for bass, the A12 for sharper bite.
You couldn't go wrong with either, but I heartily recommend both for variety sake. These pres sound fantastic and have tons of character.
