Popping and crackling --> Audio sample included

Hmmm. My B16 passed all the tests and appeared to be working correctly when I first fired it up. But today, not so much.

Please listen to this clip and help me figure out what's wrong. Is it bad soldering/wiring? Or did I fry one of the chips?

Alright, I reflowed every joint and it appears to working just fine now
