T15 woes

I'll cut to the chase. Just finished the T15 and I'm getting a veeery faint signal. Here's what I know the only current that seems to be flowing all the way through is pin 1 (tested from conn1 and conn2) So something is obstructing in pins 2 and 3. All diodes and caps are placed correctly. By the way, just sucessfully built 2 a12's (but was bummmed I couldn't get this one runnin!!)
anyways, any help from anyone would be greeatly appreciated

Do you measure +/-18v at the test points?

What voltage do you measure at U1, pin 6?

Just checkin in to say, I got the T15 workin yesterday
I had dropped it for about 3 months, started workin on other D.I.Y projects. Came back to this one and it all made more sense.

Word of advice to any new comers who struggled with these kits
WATCH OUT FOR COLD JOINTS!!
